Who is eligible to live in these units? In order to apply to live in any of these units your family must have gross income no greater than the amount allowed by HUD adjusted by household size. (Effective June 1, 2013)

How to apply... Simply fill out the application. Once you have filled it out; bring it to our corporate office 824 L Street, Arcata or mail it to P.O Box 4655 Arcata, Ca. 95518. You will then be put on the waiting list. When a unit becomes available, we will notify you in writing. To remain on the waiting list, it is your responsibility to notify us, in writing, if your address or telephone number changes. Click here for Application Form.
