|In order to qualify for any of these units your family must have gross income no greater than the amount allowed by HUD adjusted by household size. Below find the income limit applicable income limit for your household size. Depending on complex; 50%, 60% and 80% income limits apply. To qualify for a specific rent your income must fall below the applicable income limit.Example: Household of 4 must have income below $28,450 to qualify for the 50% rents. If the same households is above the $28,450 but below $40,950 then that household would qualify for the 80% limit. Applicants still must meet tenant screening criteria.Copies of the tenant selection plans are available at our offices.Limits Effective June 1, 2015

How to apply… Simply fill out the application. Once you have filled it out; bring it to our corporate office 537 9th Street, Eureka, Ca or mail it to P.O Box 4655 Arcata, Ca. 95518. You will then be put on the waiting list. When a unit becomes available, we will notify you in writing.
