In order to qualify your household must have gross income no greater than the amount allowed by HOME. Please see the limits in the table below. Income is adjusted by household size. Depending on complex; 50%, 60% and 80% income limits apply. To qualify for a specific rent your income must fall below the applicable income limit.
- Example: Household of 4 must have income below $298950 to qualify for the 50% HOME rents. If the same households is above the $29,850 but below $35,940 then that household would qualify for the 60% limit rents. If their total income is above $35,940 but below $47,750 then they would qualify for units at the 80% rent. If their income is over $47,750 they would not qualify for any of our units, currently.
Not all rents are offered at each complex. Please refer to rent rates for each property.
Applicants still must also meet tenant screening criteria. Copies of the tenant selection plans are available at our offices.

Once your original completed and signed application is received you will then be put on the waiting list. When a unit becomes available, we will notify you in writing. To remain on the waiting list, it is your responsibility to notify us, in writing, if your address or telephone number changes.
